About Mara

I design like an editor and build like a systems thinker.

I work with founders, studios, and independent teams that need their digital presence to carry taste without becoming fragile. The sweet spot is visual identity, portfolio architecture, and front-end craft.

My process starts with visual sorting: what should feel archival, what should feel immediate, and what should get out of the way. From there I build a design language that can survive real content, not just the first perfect mockup.

Recent work spans architecture portfolios, launch sites, internal product tools, and gallery-grade image systems. I care about the last ten percent: image crops, hover timing, empty states, forms, and the small copy that makes a site feel inhabited.
